Lake Suchitlán

Lake Suchitlán forms part of the Cerrón Grande reservoir, created alongside hydroelectric infrastructure on the Lempa River in the 1970s. Boat trips and birdwatching are among the possible ways to experience its waters and shores, within a wetland whose levels and conditions can vary.
